- Ships from our suppliers: to offer the best selection and price, many items ship directly from the manufacturer warehouse. You will receive tracking as soon as it is available.
- Large items: cabinet and furniture-style humidors may ship freight; timing is confirmed after order.
30-Day Returns
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

- Refunds: issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Damaged or defective: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost.
- Non-returnable: personalized or engraved items, unless defective.
